Wonderfully Charming

I bought this special because John Denver is a guest star, but was delighted to find that Karen Carpenter is charming and funny. I realized that I had never seen her perform before. For all of Richard Carpenter's musical talent, he does not have her star power. She also plays a mean set of drums. Victor Borge and John Denver were great, as always. This is a wonderful special that should please fans of all the stars. The picture and sound quality are great as well.
