70s-TV Exclusive! Beautiful transfer from the Original 16MM Master. Featuring the 1978-79 Dallas Cowboys Cheerleading Squad. The storyline centered on an undercover reporter (Jane Seymour) sent by her boss (Bert Convy) to get some dirt on the squeaky-clean sideline dancers. Of course, she discovered that the women were as wholesome as their image. Original DCC Director Suzanne Mitchell was played by Laraine Stephens, while DCC Choreographer (and former Broadway actress) Texie Waterman played herself. Other actors included New York Yankee Bucky Dent and Lauren Tewes of Love Boat fame. At the time, Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders was the highest rated television show in history, and still has a cult following to this day. Comes with Case & Artwork.
